Last updated: 25 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Inolyzer LLC (“Socialfrog”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit socialfrog.co or use the Socialfrog service to archive, search and analyse connected Instagram Business or Creator accounts and their linked Facebook Pages (the “Service”).
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Inolyzer LLC
131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA
Email: hello@socialfrog.co
Website: https://socialfrog.co/
We are the controller of the personal data we use to run our website, accounts, billing, support, security and internal analytics. For data in an archive connected by a business customer, that customer is the controller and we process the data on its behalf. Users in the EU, the EEA and the UK can send any request about their data to hello@socialfrog.co.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, login details, organisation and preferences.
- Connected Meta data: when you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account and its linked Facebook Page, we receive through Meta's official APIs the account and Page identifiers and names, access tokens and granted permissions, and the content Meta makes available, such as posts, Reels, stories, captions, media, comments, engagement metrics and Instagram direct messages. This content can include information about other people, such as commenters and message participants.
- AI and search data: your questions, search terms, the archive excerpts used to answer them and the answers.
- Usage analytics: events about how you use the Socialfrog application, collected with Mixpanel for our internal product analytics.
- Payment data: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and logs needed for security and operation.
- Support data: messages you send us.
3. Why we use data and our legal bases
- To provide the Service, including archiving, sync, search, AI answers, export and billing: performance of our contract with you.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors: our legitimate interests.

- To send optional marketing emails: your consent where required. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in each email.
4. Meta Platform data
We use data received from Meta only to provide the Service to the customer who connected the account. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or ad targeting, or share it with data brokers. The Service is read-only: Socialfrog does not post, reply to comments, send direct messages or change account settings on your behalf.
5. AI features
When you use the AI assistant or search by meaning, relevant archive excerpts and your question are processed by our AI model provider to produce the answer. The provider is bound by contract not to use your data to train its models, and we do not use your data to train AI models. AI answers can be wrong, so check important results against the source records.
