Terms of Service

Socialfrog archives, searches and analyses content from Instagram Business or Creator accounts with a linked Facebook Page that you connect through Meta's official APIs. This can include posts, Reels, stories, comments, metrics and direct messages, depending on the permissions you grant. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported. The Service is read-only: it does not post, reply, send messages or change settings on your behalf. We can only import what Meta makes available. We cannot recover content deleted before it was imported or restore content back to Instagram.

You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business or professional purposes. Keep your login details secure, and connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Socialfrog is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Instagram. Meta controls its APIs and may change or limit the data available, which can affect the Service. We may stop imports or delete data when Meta's rules or the law require it.

You keep all rights to the content you connect. You allow us to store and process it only to provide and secure the Service. You are responsible for having the right to connect the account and for lawful use of other people's data in your archive. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

AI answers are generated from your archive and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important results against the source records. AI output is not professional advice.

Do not use the Service to break the law or Meta's rules, infringe others' rights, harass or monitor people, misuse personal data, bypass plan or credit limits, or attack, scrape or reverse engineer the Service.

Socialfrog offers a Free plan and a Pro plan billed monthly. Current prices, limits and included AI credits are shown at https://socialfrog.co/pricing. Each AI request shows its credit cost before it runs. Searching and browsing do not use credits. Monthly credits reset each month and do not carry over. Extra credits you buy do not expire while your account is active. If an AI request finds no matching records, its credits are refunded. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@socialfrog.co, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give advance notice of price changes.

We are the controller of account and billing data. For content in your archive, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

On the Pro plan you can export your archive from the app. You can also ask for a copy of your personal data at hello@socialfrog.co. You can disconnect an Instagram account at any time; syncing then stops and we no longer receive new data from it. To delete your account and all data we received from Instagram and Facebook, email hello@socialfrog.co with the subject "Data deletion request" from your account email. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request and confirm by email. You can also remove Socialfrog's access at any time in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Cancelling a subscription or disconnecting an account does not delete your data. Details are in the Data deletion section of our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, fail to pay or create a security risk.

The Service, website and brand belong to Inolyzer LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. We may use feedback you give us to improve the Service.

We may change the Service or these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept it.

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete data or accurate AI output. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You are responsible for claims by third parties caused by your unlawful use of the Service or by connecting accounts without authority.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. The state or federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts. Please contact us first at hello@socialfrog.co so we can try to resolve the issue.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a business transfer.
